Inspection table is equipment consisting of three-track conveyor with dividing a hood and lighting arrangement with visual inspection background of alternate black and white color. Inspection table have stainless steel structure with moving S.S. slat chain. Structure made out of S.S. square pipe and supported on adjustable bolts.

• Containers are fed in upright position on a scrambler and further fed to feed worm. Where they are automatically inverted.
• The coordinated star wheel feed the container one by one through a chamber which is under negative pressure. A series of nozzles blow air in the container at a high pressure. The dust is collected in dust collector box through exhaust fan.
• The container is further fed through the synchronized star wheel and feed worm. It is once again inverted and comes out duly cleaned in upright position for further operation
• The turn table slowly and steadily feed bottles to the single track and two tracks feed worm where bottles are automatically inverted.
• At the end of air washing operations bottles are re-inverted back into original position and attach with on line

Capping Machine :-

• Certain caps required for single dosing in hopper. Delivery of caps will be automatically through cap delivery chute. No manual operation for collecting the bottle from filling machine. It takes automatically.
• Running bottle takes the cap from chute and feed warm feed the bottle from conveyor to first star wheel then it gives the bottle to the center star wheel of the main turret.
• The caps will have a pick and place attachment, where the caps will be picked up by the capping head, and through cam mechanism sealing head goes down- wards with cap and tightens the cap, then sealing die goes up ward and directly places on the bottleneck.
• Duly capped bottle is transferred to exit star wheel. Then on the conveyor and taken to the collecting table for further packing.
• Drive system will consist of motor, with variable speed pulley system, gearbox, and gear to drives. All the parts, for size bottle-change parts will be required.
